Deliveries are typically completed between 11-4 everyday, we do not have morning delivery or guaranteed times for daily orders. Orders received by 10am can be delivered same day. Scroll down for info on minimums by zip code. We deliver only *within the city* of Chicago.

GENERAL PICKUP INFO
At checkout, you will be prompted to schedule an appointment for pickup. All pickup instructions will be in your receipt. Please respond to your receipt via email with any questions or changes.
When you arrive at your pickup time, please text the shop number (312.767.3008) with your name and/or order number! Thank you.
ORDER CUTOFF TIME INFO
We may reach capacity before the general cutoff times listed here so please put your order in as soon as possible! 2PM cutoff for same day orders to 60608, 10am cutoff for same day orders elsewhere in Chicago. This may change day to day at our discretion.
As a small business using fresh product, we have limited cooler space, time, and product. We do not keep a large amount of product on hand, to ensure arrangements are fresh and to avoid waste. Many last minute orders means we may not have time to buy product to fulfill all the orders we receive, make the arrangements up to our standards, and deliver them in a timely manner during the day. We completely get it, sometimes it happens you want some flowers next or same day, and do our best to help fulfill those orders when we can. However, when ordering flowers, 3 days in advance or more is recommended and appreciated, when possible and will ensure that we will not reach capacity before you get a chance to order. :) Thank you so much for understanding!
